Mangement was not concerned with Sony at the time of the meeting Sony was not shipping the product. The biggest problem with the industry is the poly silicon suppliers (Japanesse) had over supply and lowered prices. These machines are very compact and visually appealing, A-Si Supplier (Traditional LCD) matched the pricing and guess what, manufacturers holding inventory, margins squeezed untill they can work down inventory and introduce new products with higer margins 6.4" LCD panels and higher priced DLP's?. Time will do inventory correction approx 2 Qtrs, then resume competitive normal market good growth...
