From a T/A prospective today's 1/2 point rise on a down market was great. Most times when such mergers occur the company making the bid's stock drops. This did not occur today a very positive sign also today Moody's Investors Service placed Orion Network Systems Inc.'s B2 senior unsecured debt ratings under review for possible upgrade and confirmed the ''b1'' rating on the preferred stock of Loral Space & Communications Ltd. biz.yahoo.com This stock seems like it will hang around this range for a little bit then breakout to the $30.00 level sooner then anticipated. I wonder if Seagram's who said in May it would use the proceeds from the May sale of Time Warner stock to buy a cable television network, would be interested in buying into the future.
