I find it quite believable.

Remember the FBI files that Hillary and Bill were gathering on people, reportedly mostly Republicans, after the Clintons moved into the White House. There was a court case on this.

Remember how the files were removed from Foster's office immediately after his body was reported found in Marcy Park before officials had a chance to examine his office for clues to why he died.

And, suddenly, Washington and America found we had a President with alleged multiple affairs---and, eventually the 'not-sex' with Monica----the impeachment hearings ------Move.On formed to combat Bill's impeachment(their slogan just move on.) The China scandals-------hundreds of pardons by Clinton for friends.
