I am sure former Prime Minister of Canada Jean Chrétien has enough moola to jet off to Mayo clinic for heart surgery and thus avoid the issue of line jumping.

Maybe he was worried about the slip of a scalpel, for not backing the war in Iraq.

I think Canadians want the best for their former leaders as American's do for theirs.

May be a good time for Canadian parliament to address this line jumping issue and spell out who are on the list of "the most important" and with preferred status and how to handle this issue.
A way around it would be an all inclusive trip to Mayo clinic funded by Canadian Government for those on the list and for the one first in line also.

It will be interesting to watch "the spin" on this important Canadian health care issue in the coming weeks.
