Ms Queen...your attempts to cast doubt on the first-person testimony of a poster...

You misunderstand, Ms. Honey, I'm not casting doubt on the unnamed poster.

...who I highly respect...

That's nice, but doesn't change anything.

... that has stated unequivocally as fact that the Bob Brinker's abruptly with no warning canceled his subscription because of some perceived infraction that they accused him of committing (while exercising his FREE SPEECH rights) is without merit.

I'm not arguing that it didn't happen. I don't know if it did or didn't happen the way that is portrayed. I'm saying IF it happened we're hearing it second and third hand in the absence of any evidence. And therefore, perhaps it would be better if either the poster told us all about it himself, or else Brinker's detractors toned down the hollering from the rooftops until and unless he chooses to do so. Of course he's free to speak for himself. Where did he do so?

The other thing that bothers me is that it's SO easy to make charges and elucidate ONE side of someone else's story and say "so-and-so" or an "unnamed person" said this and that. And if no one says any more about it or questions the reporter in any way, sometime later the story in its second-hand reported form often comes back as "accepted FACT" and more or less written in stone that it happened that way.

I know for a fact that you know EXACTLY where you could go to ask me to give you the location where this testimony is posted and I would be happy to do it. Instead you make an issue of the fact that I refuse to break TOU rules AND MY WORD to the Administrator of Silicon Investor.

No, that's not true, Ms. Honey, I don't know and that's not the point. The point is perhaps one shouldn't make second-hand
charges without evidence all over the internet and then expect no questions about it.

And I explained before that I don't expect or desire you to break any rules. Just perhaps know that if charges are made without evidence, there will be questions.
