Hubby took a class once that suggested keeping current yr papers in top drawer (s) of file cabinet, and last years papers in bottom file cabinet drawers. Pack all others going back seven years in boxes in storage. I was forced to clean my file cabinet out because I couldn't stuff another paper in them. I found invoices going back to 1994 in them. NO MORE PROCRASTINATING FOR ME.
