PHMD Has 4Qs of better revenues. It has formed a base at the $0.95 level. The insiders have been buying since last Yr. bigcharts.marketwatch.com Today it started to move up after announcing that Blue Cross and Blue Shield of several States will start to cover payments of its XTRAC laser system for the treatment of psoriasis.
