Steve,

Thanks for the input on the ad for sales people. I think
the WebTV is a toss up. I just don't know what to make of
its chances??????

But, in regards to the brokerage upgrade, I believe it's for
real this time. My guess is that the quarterly report will
be quite positive, maybe a tad better than forecast and with
generally good reports on the company's product diversification
efforts as well as offering some hope for slight improvement
on the SRAM fronts.

I have said all along that October and November will indicate
how the stock will perform for the next 6 to 9 months. I be-
lieve we are into a positive trend and I will hold to my pro-
jection of 17 by the end of October +\- 1.

If the C6 comes through with some good announcements we'll
easily make it. I have nothing new to add except I invested
in this company from a chip sales person's point of view--
I thought IDT was good on fundamental capabilities and technology.

I still do. I won't bore you with a rehash of the same old
story. But, when one is long, if the same old story holds, it can
mean that it is only a matter of time until the ship comes in.
I believe this ship is at the horizon and beginning to close.

Check with me, the first week of November and we'll see how
close to 17 they closed out the month?

Thanks for the note.
