OT I just finished reading the Dhando Investor. Well worth the read and got me thinking big time about my portfolio. I started looking at one of the writer's investments DFC. He just bought bought a convertible debt instrument convertible at $5 a share but he is getting 6% interest and then the interest rate jumps up to 12%. I assume that for me to get a corresponding deal I should get at least a 12% discount to $5 or about $4.40. So i dont the stock as a bargain at these levels. Anybody else look at this one?
