Cheryl,--I phoned Jack Arnold to-day--although he sounded quite busy he did have time to talk to me--so this in my opinion is a positive sign--although he wouldn't get into specifics --my feeling or opinion from my discussion with him was that he wasn't all that focussed or concerned about the price of the stock --- it appeared to me that he was keeping his efforts and energies directed at the on going re-organization efforts-which in my opinion is in the best interests for all CVIA shareholders!!

Now I did ask him how many shares of CVIA are in the market place--I thought that I had seen somewhere on the internet threads that CVIA had 10,000,000 shares----however I believe I understood Jack to say that CVIA currently has somewhere in the range of 40,000,000 shares--now this is what I thought I heard--and he didn't specify what type of shares they were!!

Maybe someone else on this thread can also give Jack a call to give their impression of what might be going on--in any case I think that I am starting to make a pain of myself calling him on a very frequent basis--so HELP--someone please take the pressure off me and phone him???

Well I thought this stock was a good risk or gamble when I bought it at 5 cents, 4 cents .038 cents and .034 cents--and now I'm feeling jealous reading that some of you have bought in at to-days prices!!

Oh !! Well!! Tommorrow's a new day!!! Isn't it fun to speculate??? How does it go again?? No Pain No Gain???--Well we've covered the Pain Scenario now on to step #2!!!-OKAY???
