stall boy vows to stay... great article in the new yorker on yacht names and personages in our guberment at the dc yacht club........... uncanny, including stall boy's boat. one boat, aquired by a certain powerful somebody, from a gay couple, had the original name of Buoy Toy. ROFL!!!!!!!!!
