Ms. Queen...it seems to me like you want to have it both ways. You say that you are not "casting doubt" on the poster who said the Bob Brinker's had canceled his subscription.

Therefore, I have to assume that you simply do not believe what I have said about it--based on your saying this: "I don't know if it did or didn't happen the way that is portrayed.

Ms. Queen...that's certainly your prerogative and you've made yourself very clear. But your accusation that I "made charges" without "evidence" is simply not true.

Therefore, in order to show that I reported the incident accurately, here is the paragraph that James wrote about Bob Brinker:

"I got an e-alert from Brinker today about the October MarkeTimer being available online but when I put in my info I got a message saying my information was no longer in the system. I called and was told I was no longer entitled to receive the newsletter online because I was sharing information about its content online. I was planning on not renewing my subscription anyway for 2008 but now I get a refund for the last 3 months of this year. Hummmm!"
.
Obviously, the good Dr. James received a Brinker-lemon and made lemonade. 8^)
