HI Brian??

I'm just doing a new approach - hoping for institutional support and so far - it has been absent.

That being said this puppy is a shake out queen, and I'm ready for that.

What I have a hard time adjusting to is the point swings.

What I do like about it is the volume -when you have time scalping is a fun task to attempt.

It seems that they've run off Amat and are gaining share on Axcelis.

They are best of breed.

It seems we're in the beginnnig of logic adding 300mm 45 nm fabs and memory has just about milked the 200mm.

As economies of scale force the 300mm fabs - this has to bring biz to Vsea.

I've added 7 times and still have a small position so it all ends up being small change and more fun to watch.

Weigel starts terrorizing me on gaps<smile> and he may be right on the money.

Rimm is selling more blackberry's than ever,Microsoft redefines record sales on Halo,PC's are up 13 % vs 10 (last year we were at 5 % expectation and came in at 10 and we're above that.

memory is up in unit count and down in price and the big leaders have peap fropgged to smaller nm widths (what else is new).

What's new is they got smart and are not committing excess capacity and I think will create a shortage for this seasonal peak.

If so that will pay for the next generation fab and it is about time they got smart.

I just love the price gouging that has been taught to us by the commodity/resource miners -who have shown us how to get a return on big capital investments.

It all really reminds me of October 98 and this is October of 2008.

I'll be patient on this puppy as I've seen how it comes back in a rage.

Those d(4) wave corrections get it all back on the e(5) wave tops and they usually give you a second shot to bail.

BWDIK - just trying to learn a little here.

Bob
