That's an "ABC photo" from Iraq, not Iran. The only technical info provided is that by analysis of welds the conclusion was that the item came from the same bomb factory. But where's the Iranian link ? It's merely an assertion by US military. For comparison, check out the 11th photo on this British publication: images.google.com It's an identical IED; in fact some details on magnification indicate it's exactly the same one. Also notice clothes of bearer and black watch on left hand. The British analysis was that the devices, although effective on light armour, were haphazardly made - not something off an assembly line. So old photos from before 2006 are dredged up and repackaged and respun to suit political needs of the day. Your bluff has been called - time to get out of Dodge.
