Is there really any chance that this stock will recover? Last SEC filing says the company has no business, no employees, no production facilities and is entangled in a legal battle or two. I should have been suspicious when the company hired a PR firm head by a relative of the CEO... Has anyone heard news? Im thinking this stock is just going to be a tax write-off...
