All this reminds me of the lawyer who has a miscreant for a client and says: "My client was not there, but if you prove my client was there, he didn't do it" and in this case add "and if he was there and he did it; there's nothing wrong with it". More fallback positions than a politician caught with thousands of marked bills in his freezer. For years I've heard many claim that Bob Brinker didn't post on or read these boards. I've heard many claim he was too busy, too wealthy etc etc. to know who these two bit posters on obscure websites were. I've heard these people even claim there were no family members or shills using and watching these threads. Like the miscreant's lawyer in the example above, we know from logic all those alibis concerning Brinker are just plain hooey to make the 'client' look innocent. Logic and the evidence of the ousted poster tells you Brinker (s) has been in here kicking and gouging and monitoring whether as Don Lane or many others and doesn't miss anything said about him. Remember the son's big job(ain't that a great way to use a masters in computer science) was to erase embarassing but very relevant questions about the QQQ disaster from subscribers on Brinker's site and delete memberships of those who persisted in asking those embarassing questions. That was indeed a busy boy until they shut down the boards when he just couldn't keep up with the embarassing to Bob posts of their own subscribers. As thin skinned as they get as we can hear on the radio and see in the posts that anyone with a modicum of intelligence and knowledge of the issue agree were made by Bob Brinker himself. Petty petty petty I'd say. :) I believe we have a verdict on the item on the table and the cyber lawyers for Brinker are playing games in the world of public opinion.
