Not surprised at all to hear that. there is too much easy money still in hands controlled by financially marginal minds. That will change over time.

Not even looking myself yet. Might miss out on the bottom but better that than get stuck with an "alligator". Owning an alligator can cause a lot of sleepless nights as it eats up your savings.
