Makes you wonder how the owner will make a decent return on total investment on the back end when you consider total cost probably near $90-100 psf and where rents from a tenant mix tied in large part to housing related business's squeezed on all sides are headed. Still better numbers than those $400-500k homes that rent for $1000-1200 a month...jeez what a bubble for the ages<g>
