InvesTing Speaking of lawyers I would like to represent Dr. James in his case with Brinker. Here are my questions: Mr. Brinker it is my great honor to be able to talk to America's most trusted financial advisor. I understand you canceled my clients subscription because you claim he shared information from your newsletter over the internet. Of course my client denies that. First, can you provide this court with evidence that backs up your claim. Second I have in my hand here copies of several articles that Mark Hulbert published over the internet that disclose information found in your newsletter. Have you terminated Mr. Hulbert's subscription? If not could you please explain to this court why you are treating him differently than my client.
