About 100 years ago, as a guest of the Nekoosa and Consolidated paper mills in Nekoosa, Wisconsin, a group of us were taken to a "famous" steak house. Our host ordered the steaks for us. Mine looked more like a rump roast than a steak... it was huge, and incredibly delicious! They raise some nice beef in that country.
