Yes you do, all the time. Any time someone opposes expanding government you argue how government is necessary, as if that was the question being debated.

I've never used the words "call for anarchy".

I only bring up the necessity of government with you... because you seem to think it unnecessary, and have a knee jerk reaction against any government program.

You don't even want children to have health insurance for God's sake.
