Are you a lawyer? "Second I have in my hand here copies of several articles that Mark Hulbert published over the internet that disclose information found in your newsletter. Have you terminated Mr. Hulbert's subscription? If not could you please explain to this court why you are treating him differently than my client." Why would that be considered relevant? Does "But Mom, Johnny did it too" really work in court?
