Changing jobs and it's consuming more of my time than usual.
Read in Individual Investor that there was apparently some fear because DANB was a spinoff of Edison Bros. (that went bankrupt)
that DANB was spun off with knowledge that Edison was going to have to go bankrupt and therefore shareholders of DANB would have to help pay off Edison debts. Complicated I know. The article also
said that it was EXTREMELY unlikely that that would happen but conceded that it might worry some folks. Also they realize that somewhere along the line there will have to be a secondary to keep things rolling and that the threat of dilution might have an effect on the stock. I know from the precise it probably doesn't sound like the article was an upbeat one but it was.
Do you think this SBAM is worth a tumble?
