Oh, sorry, the way you were questioning me, that's the way I perceived it. My point was that if YOU were questioned, what you have is hearsay and would not be permitted. Nothing to do with what's true or untrue.

BTW, have you heard about the woman in Minnesota who's been found liable in court for downloading and "sharing" copyrighted music, to the tune of $250K? That doesn't mean the recording company will ever get it, but they wanted to "set an example".

Relevant to Brinker and those who "share" his work without permission? Perhaps...
