Isn't it true that people are supposed to give their real names at Facebook? I would imagine that is how Brinker was able to "catch" James.

So the only thing that has been proved is that Brinker or someone working for Brinker has been watching Kirk's Facebook board.

It is quite possible he doesn't monitor the other boards because he can't get real names. I'm not saying he doesn't. He might monitor them all, for all I know. I'm just saying there isn't much evidence and certainly no proof. I also don't think it matters one way or the other.
