I agree with everything you said, except the last sentence. First, I am not an environmentalist. I have a statistics background and everything I read about the CO2 level rise and the link to global warming is backed by very compelling numbers, whereas, the claims that global warming is not occurring is simply opinion, not backed by numbers.

I never said conservatives must believe in the global warming alarmists. However, conservatives shouldn't believe in global warring alarmists either. Bush is a global warring alarmist. So if conservatives don't like alarmists, why are they so enamored with Bush, who is likely the worst and most ineffective President in the history of this country?
