Freethinking should be confined to crisis, R & D,or those between ages 0 to 18, and 60 to 100 for most part.
"Harm coming in increments" to citizens comes largely from freethinkers with eye on their own wallet, as in ...you know..short cut , cheaper way,who will know, who cares,no morals, etc.on and on.
