Use to live. Now constructed a house in a normal street. Gated communities are robbery! It is not worse the price. Too expensive price per m2 of the lot. Then you pay at least USD225 monthly fee for the administration and the security at the gate.

I am paying insurance for the house and put an alarm. Just because my wife wanted. All my neighbors are good people. When my wife travels she leaves the place alone.
