Don,
On the Patents, you said,

"In VOD we were expecting news for about patents. The Everstream and the patents tied to Alcatel. I thought CCBL also were tied to those patents but they didn't mention it with the takeover from ARRS. With Alcatel's own problems with Lucent, they don't have time to talk to anyone."

My question. Do you think the patent issues...all of them...will prove to be successful and significant for CCUR?
If so, how significant in potential price and when concerning a time line for their resolution?

I have been with the stock since the late 90's and of course did not take full advantage of the run up it had. I currently feel that the patents are the only significant opportunity for a takeover and a takecover is the only solution for the company, given the fact that the SN incompetent management team will never be voted out of office by the institutionals because the management allows them the opportunity in advance of news to play with the price as we have seen since 2000 and as far into the future as I can see.

Any comments would be appreciated.
Thank you.
