It's the analysts who cover CCUR that leak news to institution investors clients. Where they learned it is unknown. Such as when Jason Ader of TWP leaked that nCube (CCBL) won New York in 2000?. And when Adelphia kicked CCUR out of LA. Wells Fargo was clearly expecting a company sale and took the stock both up and down rapidly.

If you found a forensic accounting lawyer you probably could build a case against SN and his stock sales before bad news.

At minimum the VOD patents give CCUR clearer book value that can be used to justify a premium to the current stock price.
The Everstream patents that are being shopped, would bring cash. I see that someone is suing Verizon for inflated subscriber counts. Everstream could be used to track those numbers as they churn subscribers.
