It seems obvious to me that you are trying to cast doubt on the story that has now been told by two people for this month's renewal to Brinker's Marketimer. Otherwise why state the obvious?

FWIW, Brinker has the right to refuse service to whomever he wants. His reasons do not have to make sense or be truthful but it is fun to examine the charges he made to refuse service to long term customers to see if they are true or fabricated.

I wonder if Brinker knows how many of his subscribers are "investment clubs" where each member subscribes to a newsletter then they share it? Do you think Brinker minds this as long as they don't say anything derogatory about him or the lack of quality content in his newsletter on the internet?

I believe it would take two hands now for me to have enough fingers to count the number of people Brinker has canceled who did not violate copyright laws but their "crime" was to make uncomplimentary editorial comments about some of the content in Brinker's monthly newsletter or special bulletin.
