It seems obvious to me that you are trying to cast doubt on the story that has now been told by two people for this month's renewal to Brinker's Marketimer. What may seem "obvious" to you may not be the case at all, Kirk. But without getting too long-winded or verbose on my part, I would just ask again...would you show me where I said the cancellation didn't happen? And BTW, I may be out of the loop, but has anyone heard anything more directly from James? And I agree with you about Brinker (or any newsletter writer) having the right to refuse service to anyone he wishes to...so what's all the hoo-hah (excuse me, outrage) about? If that's the case, as dija says, I don't know why we're having this discussion.
