Stan, you have a gift for putting things clearly.

A week or so ago Norway CB raised interest rates to 5%. It is a small country (5 million or so) and no ETF.

It is a petro currency.

I am looking for a country that will not destroy the "store of value" function for its currency and some iquid asset/store of value to diversify into other than precious metals... just for some balance.

Any ideas?
