The 70 million single males will go overseas, some representing Chinese multinational companies, others for academic careers, adventure, sloth, etc. There will be lots of widespread Chinese communities where they will be at least somewhat welcomed (by the gals, not the guys).

There are more than a few US and Brit kids going around the world teaching English as Second Language. There should be some market for Mandarin as a Second Language in a few years.

If they get some education in hard sciences, or business experience, they should do well enough, and I expect that living overseas will seem fashionable a new generation.

The bottom half of the bell curve may be a problem - they may be stuck in rural areas.
