National Guard Troops Denied Benefits After Longest Deployment Of Iraq War Reminds me of - "Nothing is too good for the troops and that is what they get." The US Army's 200 year old marksmanship program of shooting themselves in the foot remains intact. Sec Army Geren's investigation results do not matter. The only investigation result possibilities are - it was an intended or an unintended consequence. Neither will be acceptable.
