John, Let me reword your reply. "Maxam receives no revenues from the desert dirt gold because this gold exist in a state that requires the Xcentia's commercialization of Maxam's extraction process." Until Maxam updates the shareholders on 2006 press releases any gold found in Maxam's dirt will remain as-is and not be removed for sale. Doug
