Does this seem out of line? Will things really be right in our markets 35 days after they cover the Grandfather Naked Shorted shares since many of the stocks are naked shorted in places like Canada and Berlin? I read in one story they don't have to report. Their govt. rules are different than ours most likely with regards to reporting. Or is the NASDAQ the NASDAQ no matter where it's located and follows the same rules? It's funny really. You still don't read about "NAKED SHORTING" in the regular news. No wonder most people are wandering around confused. Like one post earlier implied, this may be part of the goal. They keep you confused by making things happen differently than you expect them to. While the news has been crying chicken little the sky is falling over many issues the market maintains around the same level and even having some huge up days. If you had no idea MM'S were being forced to buy stocks they thought were covered for years you would think this market should be tanking. They haven't told the regular people about naked shorting. Do you see where I'm going with this? How many shares will still be naked shorted after the 35 days from Oct 15th? Will those shares over seas be allowed to remain naked? Or will some kind of rules be made to demand all stocks trading on the exchanges follow this rule of reporting? My thoughts are they want to keep people in a skeptical mode and keeping the water fountain gossip negative trying to convince as many as possible to sell their mutual funds, invest in bonds or some safe haven while they snatch up their shares. Keep the news with a negative spin preventing those who sold from buying back in stopping their competition for shares. Some days maybe one group starts getting a little greedy causing the other groups to panic and keep ahead of the game running it up farther than they wanted to thereby making news and confusing the heck out of those who sold out and preventing those who were ready to sell to hold on. I hope they run out of bad news soon but I suppose there are enough wealthy people out their watching their bank accounts go down to put out some scam or make something happen to cause a disaster. I hope it's not run by our elected officials. I've lost all faith in every person in office. I wish people weren't so shallow but it's true they are. The few that would be honest are stomped so badly or fired which sets the example for anyone who would want to try to forget that idea. We need our jobs. Keep your mouth shut. But that's also a huge problem. So many are keeping their mouth shut and anyone who is trying to get people to listen is labeled a nut. If it makes it so someone has to do something then forget it. It's not going to happen. I promise you. And that's what is wrong today. Too many regular people won't and aren't willing to listen to the small tiny voices that are trying to tell you, things aren't right. Proving it is hard as it's covered up well. There is so many thoughts running through my head. Wish I had someone here to debate them and show me where I'm wrong, way off base or right. But I don't so that's why I'm asking you guys. At least you know about naked shorting and seem to know about a lot of other things. We really need like group thinks too just to keep up with the think tanks they are using against us. I think that is how that goes. Using it against us. It never seems to be for us and usually ends up being more controlling of us. I feel like a dog on a chain right now anyway. People think it's great they are stopping smokers but what they don't realize is it was part of a grand scheme to start controlling a lot of things in our life. By over ruling laws that kept smokers their rights it has opened the door for many other things to happen. We should remember sometimes that just because you don't like it doesn't mean that it's your right to control it. Go somewhere else. Come back some other day maybe there won't be any smokers there. Whatever. We've screwed our self. And I suspect we are going to keep getting screwed until we start standing together on things with OPEN MINDS. JMO.
