This is just a back-of-the-envelope kind of calculation but if you assume that $45 was fairly priced before the announcement then I'd give it a bump up of 25% which makes it $56. Then I might add another preimium of 10% because of the new deals that GTE has going in its favor. That sounds like $62 to me FWIW.
