Let the free enterprise system work to keep prices down....!!!!! Okay! So a quick pop test dealing with the increases in residential electricity rates since 2000: Conn.(74%) Mass. (59%) Nevada (57%) Texas (56%) Delaware (48%) Kansas (7%) New Mexico (6%) South Dakota (5%) Missouri (4%) West Virginia (2%) Your goal is to identify the states that have deregulated electricity and which have regulated rates. One clue: There are 6 regulated states on the list and 4 deregulated. Have at it!!!
