GS recently downgraded VLO's earnings for '07 but still has them at $13+ for '08. I thought we'd see a sharper decline when this happened a few days ago because the $13 figure has to be somewhat soft, but it didn't happen. For a LTBH position, I'd add anywhere in the low $60s, a price I think we'll see in '08 as US growth is likely to slow. Long term, things look very good indeed. T. Boone Pickens likes VLO a lot, an awfully good recommendation.
