The Bob Brinker's suddenly canceled Dr. James' newsletter subscription and accused him of revealing information from the newsletter on message boards.

I asked Dr. James what he had to say about this accusation. Here is what he told me:
.
"Hi Honey - I asked specifically what they believed I was sharing online that they felt was not fair use and the person I talked to either would not or could not tell me what my "offense" was other than saying it had come to their attention that I was indeed sharing info about the newsletter online. I suspect it was my less than flattering habit of pointing out how what Bob said in his newsletter was sufficiently vague that he could and likely would latter spin it so it would appear he was more prescient than in truth he was. Bob - IMHO- is a master of doublespeak.
.
Does Bob know who you are? If so I would not be too surprised if Bob decided to de-subscribe you as well. Guilt by association. Of course, worse things can happen than becoming persona non grata in the eyes of BB."

So one might conclude that the Bob Brinker's are so insecure that a they take offense when a subscriber exercises his First Amendment right to say that he finds the newsletter to be "vague" and ripe for "spin."
