LOL We can't burn yard waste anymore, but we can have a little outdoor fire in a store bought pit. So because we like to sit next to a campfire, we bought one and it is perfectly legal. Nice way to burn all those branches that fall from wind storms, or those branches we have left over after we prune. Stupid isn't it...
