We have a military justice system (cough!) here on US soil. Apparently you don't trust them either. The terrorists of the Oklahoma Federal bombing and the Unibomer terrorist were brought to justice in a US court of law. What special training does a US court need to have to try an Al Queda terrorist ?
By your logic the terrorists do not deserve trial because they are terrorists ? But relax, I can see your point of view too. Should the terrorists be "rendered" to the US court system then they would get trials and the prosecution would have to show evidence and a jury would have to ponder that evidence. Seems like an iffy situation for a conviction. I'm curious how Hillary is going to handle the situation in a couple of years, She'll get the power and the responsibility.

PS - my guess - no change
