I have been out of the loop for the last 2 months so I am not up to date on CGX. However, there is a lot of info on my 'Lighthouse' thread #subject-37052 ... I would suggest you do a search of that thread and read recent press releases and David Pescod's Late Edition posts. Here is a link to a board search: siliconinvestor.com If my memory is correct, CGX does not have much money so there is a possibility they will have to issue stock. More likely they will enter into a joint venture. I am way behind posting Pescod's Late Edition and there is likely to be more current info in the missed issues. I intend to read and post all the missing issues - when I finally get back on my feet.
