Dave, even assuming that, it just so happens that, as they say "sometimes a semi-bad news can become a fantastic good news" because then somebody picks them up. Considering the fact that they have leadership technology and semi-conductor is a hot sector right now, many semis have bloated stock paper with which the buys of this type become a steal in the long run! 4-5 months ago, in the personal reply email from TRKN, an IR guy has mentioned that, basically TRKN is a 1998 story ... and the swing up from 5 to 8 level in price as the new year approaches, has reflected that. I feel Campbell is not that stupid (he is in the game for money ... if you had noted his pers profile posted earlier on the PMAT web site, and refered in my earlier post sometime back). He was/is a good technologist, worked hard, built good technology ... but now if the market dynamics can't be managed by the doc efficiently, then imho, he will sell out TRKN and have fun on the beaches from the proceeds. So many docs go that way, and that suites their psychological personality profiles. Also, do not forget, the semiconductor engineers and physicists are a hot property in the valley and TRKN has a good number of those.
I think it may just provide us another good buying opportunity, if it descends some.
