Octavian...you seem to have adopted a reasonable stance on the subject of the Brinker's canceling Dr. James market timer subscription. Here is more information on the subject. As I said before, and maybe you missed it, you can email me if you have any questions:

Dr James wrote:

"Well I got my refund check for the last four months of my MarkeTimer subscription yesterday. It came with the \\\"MEMO\\\" \\\"Subscription Cancelled\\\". Looks to me that BB was anxious to remove from his list of subscribers because he wasted no time in getting the check out.

I see no reason to be too concerned about discussing what Bob Brinker says in his MarkeTimer newsletter on on his radio show. Copyright laws do not protect ideas/opinions per se only the specific way they are being conveyed. If one were to copy and post Bob Brinker\\\'s entire newsletter online or copy it and sell it to others then that would clearly be a violation.

My guess is Bob would (if it were legally possible) shut down any fair discussion of his past and present published and spoken ideas/opinions/prognostications. Fair commentary on them when it reaches a lot of subscribers undermines Bob\\\'s ability to use doubletalk, coverups, and other spin attempts to appear more prescient than he clearly is.

My guess is that he wants only subscribers who see him as their investment guru rather than a guy who is better at marketing than he is at MarkeTiming. When he realized I fell into the latter camp he was happy to have me become a non-subscriber. When any relationship develops irreconcilable differences it is best for the two parties to part company as amicably as possible."
