So by their own admission, if 8 pieces of news come in, and 4 are positive and 4 are negative, the negative pieces will get reported immediately, but the positive pieces will be collected and pondered to see if the "trend" is sustained. If it is, presumably it will be reported after the 4 positive pieces of news have been collected.

So 5 pieces of news will be reported: 4 negative, followed by 1 positive.

But we're just imagining MSM bias.
