ElM, 30 years ago, it was unheard of for Chinese to be involved in crime in NZ. Perhaps there were a few of minor types. Murders were very few too in general in NZ. New Zealand Chinese are called "bananas" = yellow on the outside but white in the middle [called so by the foreign Chinese rather than NZers].

Now, a week ago, a Chinese immigrant murdered his wife and shoved her in the boot, leaving their daughter at Melbourne train station while he fled to the USA where he is in hiding. nzherald.co.nz There are regularly such major crimes.

This gang should be returned to China rather than imprisoned in NZ. stuff.co.nz They could be used for body parts and add value rather than spend several years in prison in NZ costing NZ taxpayers a load more money.

Even though the crime rate among immigrant Chinese has soared, it's quite possible that mass immigration to NZ would reduce crime rates in NZ because murders are now rampant, especially among Maori. There is now frequent torture and killing of children and infants, thanks to a wayward welfare system which enables unfit "parents" to use their offspring or other children who come into their clutches like an ATM machine to get cashflow from government coffers.

There is an excellent body parts business which could be set up in NZ using components of vicious criminals such as those young gangsters, Taffy Hotene, and many others. safe-nz.org.nz
