Debt Slave Act of 2005 Revisited
globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com
The Bankruptcy Reform act of 2005 is really misnamed. A proper name would be the Debt Slave Act of 2005. As more and more legislation is enacted to prevent foreclosures, the greater the likelihood that people find a way around the measures. Sooner or later those on the edge are going to realize that debt slavery is just not in their best interest.
