New Dimension Software Names Darroll Buytenhuys President Of Its North American Subsidiary
IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ - New Dimension Software (Nasdaq:DDDDF - news), today announced the promotion of Darroll Buytenhuys to president of its North American subsidiary based in Irvine, California.
Mr. Buytenhuys, 49, has more than 20 years of marketing, sales and management experience in the technology industry. Since joining New Dimension Software six years ago, he has held both sales management and executive management positions, and most recently served as chief operating officer of the North American organization.
Mr. Buytenhuys also served as regional vice president of New Dimension Software's Eastern region, overseeing all sales activities for this region, including federal government sales. Prior to joining New Dimension Software, Mr. Buytenhuys was founder and CEO of Econometrix, a South Africa-based information technology consulting services company. In addition, Mr. Buytenhuys served as general manager of the INFONET Division of Computer Sciences Corp., and has extensive background in both sales and technical management positions for Computer Sciences Corp. and other organizations.
Mr. Buytenhuys replaces Ms. Dalia Katzman-Prashker as president of the North American subsidiary. Ms. Katzman-Prashker remains chairman of the subsidiary as well as co-chairman of the Tel Aviv, Israel-based parent company and chairman of Eagle Eye Control Software, another New Dimension Software subsidiary also based in Tel Aviv.
